We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items that have been used for cooking or food storage cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Yes, all BergHOFF products come with a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers items like cookware, cutlery, and kitchen tools under normal household use.
